The COVID-19 Vaccination Card is a turquoise card given to people who have had a COVID-19 vaccine, containing information such as the dates of vaccination, the medical name and manufacturer of the vaccine, as well as a verifiable QR Code.

EU compliant Health Passport are certificates compliant with the EU Digital COVID Certificate standard, designed to present verifiable test, vaccine, PCR test results information taken from reliable sources to controllers for travel purposes. The QR codes on these certificates are produced in accordance with the "Digital COVID Certificate QR Code" standard published by EU on their website.

EU compliant health passport, EU compliant vaccine, test and immunity certificates can be created by entering the “EU Compliant Health Passport” tab after the “COVID-19” menu on the e-Nabız website or mobile application.

Accepted certificates vary according to country policies, and EU-compliant health passports are required for vaccination, immunity and PCR testing in countries participated in the EU Digital COVID Certificate program. In other countries not participated in the program, the QR Code on the vaccination card can be verified online, which will be sufficient. However, the entry regulations to the countries should be followed through the relevant sites or publications.

On the vaccination card, there is a QR Code compatible with the Digital COVID Certificate standard for people whose vaccination process has been completed. Additionaly, there is a second QR for countries not compatible with the Digital COVID Certificate standard.

EU compliant vaccination certificate is valid in countries participating in the EU Digital COVID Certificate program.

By logging into the e-Nabız system, you can create your vaccine, test and immunity certificate from the EU Compliant Health Passport field in the COVID-19 menu.

People who have been vaccinated for COVID-19, have a positive test result for COVID-19 in the last 6 months (180 days), or have a negative PCR test within 48 hours can obtain a health passport.

Vaccines received abroad must be processed into your Republic of Türkiye Identity Number. In order for the vaccines to be processed, an application should be made to the provincial/district health directorates with a petition and a document that proves the vaccine is attached.

In order to create an immunity certificate, 180 days must not have passed since your positive test result.

In order to create a test certificate, 72 hours must not have passed since your negative test result.

HealthPass application is an application where you can keep your vaccination, test and immunity certificates in international standards and individuals may use it easily while traveling. You can transfer your vaccine, test and immunity information to the HealthPass application via the e-Nabız application and convert them into certificates. You can verify and check the validity of all certificates issued by countries included in the EU Digital COVID Certificate program via the HealthPass mobile application. Also, your certificates can be kept securely on your phone. HealthPass has been developed to facilitate fast and reliable international travel and cooperation in the fight against pandemics. It complies with the Digital COVID Certificate standard published by the European Union. The test aims to manage and verify the secure flow of vaccine and immune data between laboratories, inspectors, and passengers.

The TAN Code is a special access code which is ensures that you are the only one who can use your certificate. A new TAN code is generated each time you generate a certificate from e-Nabız. You need to re-create your certificate if the TAN Code is entered incorrectly three times.

A different TAN Code is generated for each certificate that issued via e-Nabız. Access to the document will be blocked if the TAN Code is entered incorrectly three times. You can create a new certificate and try again when you receive a warning that your document could not be reached,

Only QR codes on EU-compliant vaccine, test and immunity certificates that obtained from e-Nabız can be scanned in the HealthPass application.

Yes, you can add your family or relatives' certificates to your health wallet and store them digitally in a secure way.

It is not mandatory to use the HealthPass mobile app. You can print out the PDF version of your certificate or transfer it digitally. The HealthPass application can provide a practical and safe alternative way to keep your EU-compliant vaccine, test, and immunity certificates in international standards and to use it easily while traveling.

Health Pass App is an easy-to-use app to store vaccination, tests and immunization certificates within international standards. You can easily use Health Pass during travels.

You can transfer your vaccination, test and immunization info to Health Pass through e-Nabız and convert them into certificates via Health Pass. Generated certificates can be safely stored in your phone. Health Pass has been developed for ensuring rapid and safe progress in international roaming and easing international collaborations against the pandemic.

It is compatible with Digital Green Certificate published by the EU. It aims to manage and verify the flow of test, vaccination and immunization data among labs, supervisors and passengers.
